Café Fríða’s local Lunch
When tour is over, please walk back to Café Fríða, where we serve you our much beloved fish soup. In addition to being perfectly creamy and filled with pureed vegetables, it’s served with an appetizing filet of local cod or haddock (dependes on the catch) and a bun. For drinks, we have local beer or soft drinks from Føroya Bjór brewery – which lies adjacent to the café.
Gluten free and dairy free options are available (give notice at least 3 days prior to arrival).
Cafe Fríða started as at small café in 2013, named after Nólsoyar Páls boat Royndin Fríða. In the summer of 2021 they moved to new bigger location in city center of Klaksvík in Biskupstorgið, next door to the local brewery Føroya Bjór.
